Here's a glimpse of what you can expect as a WBA member:
- Expand your network: Mingle with fellow members at our monthly networking events, open to members, non-profits, sponsors, and even non-members. This is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships, generate leads, and learn from others.
- Increase your visibility: Get your business name out there! We'll list your website, address, and social media platforms on our WBA website, and you'll have the ability to post upcoming events or special offers to keep our community informed.
- Leverage social media power: The WBA has a strong presence on Facebook and Instagram. We regularly promote our members and their happenings, giving you additional exposure to a wider audience.
- Be part of the community: The WBA organizes annual events that attract thousands to town, creating a bustling atmosphere that benefits everyone.
- Stand out with sponsorships: Interested in even greater exposure? Consider sponsoring one of our annual events – the Wayne Music Festival, Radnor Fall Festival, or the Christmas Tree Lighting. Sponsorships offer prime visibility and a chance to connect with the community.
- Stay informed: Receive our informative quarterly printed newsletters, keeping you up-to-date on local business news and upcoming WBA events.
- Member Meetings General member meetings are always the 3rd Thursday of every month, except December. Our Annual Awards and state of the organization meeting takes place in April. Meetings are designed to be both informational and an opportunity to network. If you are interested in hosting a meeting at your place of business, please contact us at support@waynebusiness.com.
- Ribbon Cutting and Anniversary Ceremonies New businesses and new WBA members are encouraged to take part in a WBA ribbon cutting ceremony or celebratory anniversary. Both are great opportunities for your business to gain exposure on WBA media, especially our social media channels and printed newsletter.
- Discount Merchant/Employee Parking The WBA negotiated discount parking for Wayne Business Overlay District (WBOD) merchants and employees. Discount parking is available in 3 parking lots throughout Wayne: West Avenue Lot, South Wayne Lot, and Louella Lot. A parking map with times, hours, lot, and kiosk locations can be found on the WBA website. A $100 card can be purchased by any merchant or employee in the WBOD for $25!
- High School Scholarship Award $1,000 is given annually to deserving and eligible high school seniors. These individuals must be employed by a member of the Wayne Business Association.
- Liaison with Radnor Township Relationships with our local government are tremendously vital in accomplishing the WBA's goals. Our board representatives regularly meet with governing officials to ensure success in our endeavors and commercial growth

Advertising There are several opportunities for members to reach out to other members through the WBA:
- Eblasts: send out an eblast to all WBA members for a flat fee of $50
- Featured events on WayneBusiness.com
- Featured social media posts
- Sponsor one of our major WBA events

Opportunities to Volunteer with the WBA The WBA and the events it sponsors are run by volunteers. Volunteering for the WBA is a great way to promote your own business while connecting with the community.
- Volunteer at a WBA-sponsored event, such as the Radnor Fall Festival, Wayne Trick or Treat, or Christmas in Wayne
- Host a Monthly Meeting or be a stop on Wine'd Through Wayne
- Annual Dues Member dues are paid annually – our fiscal year is the calendar year. Your dues can be paid via mailed check, or with credit card or Venmo. Paying dues in a timely manner keeps your listing live on the website, allows you to attend member meetings for free, and continue to access the member benefits provided by the WBA.
