Our Leadership: Committed to a Thriving Wayne
The driving force behind the Wayne Business Association is our volunteer Board of Directors. This 15-member board, comprised of four officers and eleven directors from across our business community, is responsible for the governance and strategic vision of the WBA. Serving staggered terms, they ensure consistent and effective leadership.
They meet monthly to steer the strategic direction of the WBA, ensuring our initiatives effectively serve the businesses and residents of Wayne.
Officers (2-year terms): President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer
Directors (3-year staggered terms): Eleven community leaders representing diverse local industries.
